Habits, Patterns, Algorithms
Habits, Patterns, Algorithms is a monograph from Stephan Jaklitsch - the architect between Marc Jacobs stores around the world. The book runs through many of Stephan's projects in various levels of detail.
a complete monograph, but also a good reference book for retail inspiration.
From a graphic design perspective the monograph is quite beautiful. The cover with its neon green and navy blues that mark out a pattern that fades to the corner grab the eye, and match well with the book's title.
The layout within is clean, and the images and drawings are absolutely the hero. Full bleed images, and images across spreads give the book an almost magazine-like feel, but keep everything feeling somewhat sparse and airy.
